Monogram Etiquette

When engraving a monogram for one person, we recommend placing the first initial of the last name in the center (and making it larger) with the first initial of the first name to the left and first initial of middle name to the right. So Jennifer Ann Smith would appear as JSA .

When engraving a couple's monogram for a wedding, anniversary, etc., the first initial of the couple's last name should appear in the center, with first initial of the woman's first name to the left and first initial of the man's first name to the right. So Jennifer Smith and Ken Smith would appear as JSK

Refund Policy

Here at the Charming Monogram, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do everything within reason to remedy the situation. Please feel free to contact us at: help@thecharmingmonogram.com. Online purchases are returnable for refund within 14 days of shipping date. Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days and this refund should appear in one to two billing cycles. Please be sure to insure your returned merchandise as The Charming Monogram can not be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost merchandise.

Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.

Unfortunatly, personalized items are NOT refundable. Please be sure to double check spelling before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made but can not be guaranteed. Thank You for your understanding of this policy.
