Most of our items will ship within 2 business days and will arrive to you via UPS, USPS or FedEx no later than 7 - 10 business days. Some items may require more or less time to process depending on the personalization and item availability. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to verify our current production schedule. An expedited shipping method may be necessary. The following shipping rates apply to the United States only and are based per address.

• Orders typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays).

• $18.95 Shipping Charge
• Orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays).
• Orders for items not currently in stock cannot be shipped Priority.

• $29.95 Shipping Charge
• Orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays).
• Orders for items not currently in stock cannot be shipped Express

Orders must be placed before 1pm EST in order to ship same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

What font styles do you offer?
We have a wide variety of unique font styles that will complement your product. You can view our fonts and other personalization information on our Shopping Cart page.

Can I change the color of the thread used to embroider a gift?
You can choose the color of thread used to personalize many of our embroidered items. Just e-mail us or phone us to choose a thread color. Otherwise, the monogram with be done in the color shown on the product page.

How do I get more specific monogramming instructions?
If you have special requirements or questions about your item, please call Customer Service at 954-242-1971 or send us an e-mail before placing your order.

How do I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the shipping company's tracking website, with detailed information about the status and location of your order. Please e-mail us with any questions.

Do you accept returns?
Because each item is personalized, we are unable to accept returns Please double (or triple) check the personalization before submitting your order. Your order is created just for you. If you are unsure of anything when placing your order, please contact us.

Can my piece be sent as a gift?
Please let us know if there is a special message you would like to include with your package. Because of the nature of our production, gift wrapping is not available, but we are happy to enclose a card with your special message.

What are my shipping options?
We offer 3 convenient ways to ship your online or phone order: Standard. Express, or Express Plus We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard Delivery method only via USPS

How do I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Place your order as usual and select the Standard Delivery shipping method during Checkout (this is the only shipping method we use for APO/FPO). Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery.

How do I place an international order?
We can ship orders to destinations outside of the continental U.S. Please call Customer Service at 954-242-1971 for shipping time frames and charges.
